Rates Explained:
We charge rates based on seasonality. Please note, these prices stated do not include the Florida sales and tourist tax, currently 13.5% Additional fees per Stay are
Cleaning $310 per stay
Property Fee $150 per stay
Extras – Pool and spa heat if required $40 per night, in warmer months the spa can be heated separately at a cost of $25 per night

When you book with us direct you pay a 20% deposit to secure your booking, the balance is due 60 days before arrival (bookings within 60 days before arrival require full payment).
Add to the weekly rate any pool / spa heat you wish to have during your stay
For all bookings – Refundable Security bond – up to $500 pre-approval may be charged against your card to cover any loss or damage which occurs during the Client’s stay at the Accommodation which is not covered by insurance this will be taken a couple of days before arrival. We will send a link to purchase insurance to protect your damage deposit
Guests are required to take an insurance damage cover where available, details will be sent
Charges maybe made to cover items not covered by insurance and
Any additional costs incurred by the owner for loss or damage caused by the Client to the Accommodation, including events such as theft or poor housekeeping and property not being left in good condition on departure. Please note, that we’ve very rarely had to charge but it’s simply an insurance policy in case.
Wondering if you need the Pool & Spa heating?
We strongly recommend between October – May as during the night it can get down to 40 – 50 F, whereas a comfortable pool temperate is best around 84 – 87 F, unless you love a plunge pool experience, opt for the heating!

Our Owner Direct prices are guaranteed to be the lowest available online.
The current Florida sales and use tax is 13.5% and this will be added to your booking cost.
There are absolutely no hidden extras! Gas BBQ is included, Free Wifi, Baby Equipment as supplied in the home- Crib, pack and play and high chair (larger homes have 2 or more)
