We have 2 lovely lounges and 2 dining areas. We’ve just re-laid the flooring on ground-floor, with a new beach villa wood look.
- Living Area 1: Can be used for a more relaxed and casual lounge / dining needs
- Living Area 2: More formal for special evening or entertaining needs
Living Area 1 has a large flat screen Sony TV with 100’s of cable channels (inc HD) on hand to keep you up to date with your all your TV favourites during dinner, or as you require.
- Cindy Crawford designed Leather settees and Nook table and chair set. All New bedding throughout with kiddies themed bed covers.
Kitchen Area
- Modern and fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, Fridge, Freezer, Ice Machine, Oven and Microwave.
- Separate laundry room with a huge capacity Washing Machine and a Tumble Dryer. You won’t see these back in the UK!!

Bedrooms at Sanibel Villa
Sanibel Villa is a 5 bedrooms villa that can sleep up to 10 people. With 4 Bathrooms and 3,500 sq ft of floor space.
- Two Super King Master Bedrooms each with a large en-suite with twin basins, bath and separate shower, hair dryers, etc.. All included.
- A Queen bedroom suite with en suite bathroom, hair dryers, etc.. All included
- Two further twin bedrooms sharing a fourth bathroom with bath and shower.
- All linens and towels are provided
- Smart TV in every bedroom
- Decorated to a high standard with recent new bedroom furniture and carpets through-out.

The newly installed outdoor lounge furniture set under the shady lanai with views of the lake is a perfect place to relax. We have plenty of sun loungers and a dining area for alfresco dining. you would expect From a 5 Star Celebrity Villa.
We have a purpose built gas BBQ area for alfresco cooking!!
Garage
This is the games room and used for storage. Not for cars – cars stay on the driveway.
