Entrance to Sanibel Villa (Front Drive):

Sanibel Villa is located on the Formosa Gardens Estates private gated community.  It’s as exclusive as you can get, with ease of access to local attractions in central Florida yet located in a quiet neighbourhood, backing onto the serene Star Lake.

Picture this: Relaxing in the evening outside on the pool decking, looking across at the calm shorelines of  Star Lake, with a picture perfect sunset, peace and tranquillity all around – yet still only a few miles from all the action of down town and Disney.

Bedrooms

Sanibel Villa is a 5 bedroom executive villa that can sleep up to 10 people. With 4 Bathrooms and 3,100 sq ft of floor space to enjoy. Two King Master Bedrooms each with a large en-suite with twin basins, bath and separate shower. A Queen bedroom suite with en suite bathroom and two further twin bedrooms sharing a fourth bathroom.

Swimming Pool / Spa & Outdoors Seating Area

Beautiful large fully screened private L shaped pool – 30ft by 18ft with a spa pool.

New: Newly installed outdoor seating area, BBQ area and bar seating outside on paved patio.

Living Rooms

We have 2 lovely lounges, one right next to the pool area, with a more relaxed feel and casual lounge setting. The other is more formal for special evening or entertaining needs. Living Area 1 has a large flat TV with 100′s of cable channels (inc HD). Cindy Crawford designed Leather settees and Nook table and chair set.  New in 2017, beach villa style wood flooring throughout ground floor area.

Dining Room / Kitchen / Laundry

Modern and fully equipped kitchen with Dishwasher, Fridge, Freezer, Ice Machine, Oven and Microwave. Breakfast Bar for casual eating and drinking.  There are 2 dining rooms at Sanibel Villa, one for casual everyday meals and the other for more formal dining needs.

Bathrooms

A mixture of pictures of the en-suites and family bathrooms.  The villa has 4 total bathrooms, 3 of which are en-suite. Vanities in 3 of the bathrooms soon to be upgraded

Games Room

New upgraded game room, with air conditioning.  Enjoy time with family and friends in our upgraded room with arcade games, pool, air hockey, foosball and a gaming table to enjoy poker night, or play the many board games available.  Movie night can be enjoyed on the reclining chairs watching the Smart 75″ TV
